COMEDY
OF ERRORS
By William Shakespeare
In a modern verse translation by Christina Anderson
September 18 – October 13
Davis Veterans Memorial Theater
203 E. 14th St.
Davis, CA
DSF’s production of Comedy of Errors is sponsored in part by the Hitz Foundation.
It’s a race against the clock to set things right in Ephesus! When two pairs of identical twins are mistaken for each other, hilarious mistakes and confusion run amok. Can our heroes work out all of the confusion and save an innocent man’s life? DSF will draw from the vibrant music and psychedelic style of the 1970’s for a spirited take on Shakespeare’s classic! DSF is thrilled to present this world premiere of Christina Anderson’s modern verse translation commissioned by Oregon Shakespeare Festival and developed further by Play On Shakespeare.
